As licensed general contractors, the principals of ICON Realty Services, Inc. have personally developed and constructed more than 1,000,000 SF of office, industrial, residential and retail product and they pioneered the “small owner-user office park” concept that swept the nation. ICON understands the intricacies of the development process from concept and site selection through financing, entitlement, construction, leasing and sales, to property management.
